All members of International Surrey Football Ltd. and all associated individuals acting on behalf of the company in a professional capacity must offer a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals, including those assigned to administrative, consulting, coaching, playing or other roles within the capacity of work undertaken by International Surrey Football Ltd.

International Surrey Football Ltd is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants and expects everyone to treat each other with respect and courtesy. We require that all participants abide by this Code as part of their involvement with International Surrey Football Ltd.

Our employee code of ethics and business conduct outlines our expectations regarding the behavior of our employees towards other members, customers, stakeholders, and society.

Compliance with law

Everyone must work to protect the company and its legal interests by complying with all environmental, trading, safety, and privacy laws.

Safety in the working environment

All individuals should respect their colleagues, supervisors, players and team supporters at all events and engagements in their capacity as a representative of International Surrey Football Ltd. Any discriminatory behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.


Employees must show integrity and professionalism in every aspect of conduct, including matters involving absenteeism, tardiness, and dress code compliance. Personal appearance should best suit the occasion and project the company’s commitment to professionalism while acknowledging the practical requirements of the occasion.


All employees should fulfill their work with integrity and respect toward the company. Members are discouraged from accepting gifts from clients, or partners for the benefit of another party. We are all expected to avoid any personal, financial or other interests that may interfere with the quality of work, and could be considered a conflict of interest within your role in International Surrey Football Ltd.

Care for the physical environment

Everyone should treat company property and their physical environment with respect and care.

Disciplinary Actions

Anyone who repeatedly or deliberately fails to follow our code of conduct will meet an appropriate disciplinary action.

Following a clear warning, employees who persistently show indecorous behavior may face demotion, reprimand, detraction of benefits, suspension, or termination.

Legal actions may be taken in cases of theft, embezzlement, corruption, and other unlawful actions.
