Surrey unveils Southern Frontier Cup Logo

International Surrey Football is pleased to unveil the logo for the Southern Frontier Cup. The competition that will debut in May 2020, the tournament will see Surrey host its first non-FIFA tournament, since 3 Surrey grounds, Sutton United, Carshalton Athletic and Fisher, were used for the 2018 ConIFA World Football Cup.

The logo, which features Surrey’s now familiar blue and yellow shades, will for the first time, be focused on a Surrey landmark, the Leith Hill Tower.

Built in 1765 by Richard Hall, the tower sits near the peak of the Leith Hill which reaches 965 ft (294 m), just 35ft (11 m) short of being classified as a mountain, but is still the highest peak in South East England. The tower rises to 1029 ft (313 m) with views reaching as far as Big Ben and the English Channel on clear days, allowing for virtually everywhere in Surrey to be seen from the tower.

The logo will be used on social media, printed media and be found around Whyteleafe’s Church Road which will be hosting the inaugural edition of the tournament between 23-24 May 2020.
